Breakfast Smoothie
METHOD
Add all ingredients to a blender & blend until smooth
INGREDIENTS
- ½ avocado
- 1 small banana
- Handful of frozen raspberries or mixed frozen fruit
- Live natural yogurt
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin coconut oil (optional)
- I heaped tablespoon of chia seeds or flax seeds (ideally soaked overnight)
- 100ml coconut milk or almond milk
- Water as needed
