About Us

Linda Murray is the founder & director of Beoga Nutrition and has been working as a Nutritional Therapist for 10years.

I know that what you eat, how you eat, and your lifestyle habits including sleep, physical activity & stress management can influence the function of the body, protect against disease and restore health.

My aim is to support my clients to eliminate short term symptoms and achieve long term health goals by creating individual nutrition and lifestyle plans.

The philosophy at Beoga Nutrition is to eat real food (most of the time) and to nourish the body & mind. I recommend including a variety of food (which in turn leads to a variety of nutrients) and enjoying different seasonal flavours.

The good news for you is that if you are currently feeling unwell, you have the power to improve our health by improving your diet & lifestyle.

Linda Murray is a registered Nutritional Therapist and a member of Nutritional Therapists of Ireland (NTOI)She holds a Degree (hons) in Food Science and a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy. 

Linda’s area of interest include digestive health and hormone health. This includes

  • Optimise diet & lifestyle to support cardiovascular health & metabolic health (pre-diabetes)

 Linda previously was trained by Dr. Marilyn Glenville and managed the Glenville Nutrition clinic in Kilkenny.
