About Us

Beoga Nutrition was founded by Nutritional Therapists (NT) Jenny White and Linda Murray who together they have a combined experience of almost 20 years in the nutrition and wellness field.

We know that what you eat, how you eat, and your lifestyle habits including sleep, physical activity & stress management can influence the function of the body, protect against disease and restore health.

Our aim is to support our clients to eliminate short term symptoms and achieve long term health goals by creating individual nutrition and lifestyle plans.

The philosophy at Beoga Nutrition is to eat real food (most of the time) and to nourish the body & mind. We recommend including a variety of food (which in turn leads to a variety of nutrients) and enjoying different seasonal flavours.

The good news for you is that if you are currently feeling unwell, you have the power to improve our health by improving your diet & lifestyle.
